Take One a Day is a mental health project focusing on the healing power of photography. By paying attention to our everyday surroundings, being mindful, and purposefully looking for beauty in order to 'Take One a Day' (a photo not a pill) these photographs tell a personal mental health story.

An exhibition of a selection of landscape photographs taken as part of this project, with supporting portraits by Richard Ansett, form an exhibition at Lincoln's Usher Gallery from July 13th to September 15th 2024.
